for the post of CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Pakistan Revenue Automation Private Limited (PRAL) is a Public Sector Company owned by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

The primary function of the Company is to provide automation solutions to the FBR and the Provincial Revenue Authorities in

collection of Taxes / Revenue.

PRAL is therefore looking to hire a Chief Executive Officer who could lead this transformation.

If you believe you are up to the challenge for transforming PRAL and helping the revenue authorities achieve their revenue and

operational efficiency targets and meet the following minimum requirements, we would be happy to meet you.

1. A master's degree in business, business related discipline or BE preferably in software engineering

2. 15 years plus experience at CEO or CEO minus one level in public or private sector organization, preferably in the software

technology or allied services sector

3. Demonstrated experience of strategy development and execution at CEO or as a business or functional vertical head

4. Proven track record of managing performance and achieving organizational growth

The job carries market-based remuneration which will commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

2. Copies of degrees/testimonials, duly verified by the Higher Education Commission or the professional body or

association, whichever is relevant.

4. Declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value, as per Annexure B to Public Sector Companies (Appointment

of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015

5. Declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value regarding probity, personal integrity, reputation and financial

integrity
